I had a hard time deleting what was in my shopping bag. I tried refreshing that didn't work, editing was not working either. After tapping edit numerous times it finally opened so I could edit my order. Almost gave up.

The MAC website seems to be getting worse every time I go to it. It's getting slower and lagging a lot. It also wouldn't load the web page all the way and I had to keep refreshing the screen, and even then some of the product details, prices, and photos still wouldn't load. When browsing the site it keeps trying to skip ahead by a page or automatically refresh to the top, which is annoying when you're scrolling through and browsing the products

Ordering and receiving my purchase was very easy, however, when I opened my studio fix pressed powder (full kit), I did not receive the application puff to apply the pressed powder. It was missing. Also the quality of the pressed powder is quite flaky, which is unfortunate. The old formula (and colours) were much better. The new studio fix pressed powder is a few steps back in terms of quality.

Enjoying my favorite lipsticks from MAC. I've been a customer since the 1980s. My colours have changed over time. Still always keep Fabby and Plum Dandy in my purse. Disappointed that you no longer recycle our empty lipsticks and reward the recycling with a lipstick if we bring in 6 empties. Very sad to see that program go.

The website needs some work. When you select colours for a lip gloss on the preview card in the listing on the homepage, it jumps up to a different product and you have to scroll back down every time you select a new colour. During checkout, the birthday redemption didn't work and clicking redeem just kept going nowhere. Also during checkout, ideally, you'd be able to click the free samples to learn more about them before selecting (which you currently cannot do). Adjusting quantities in the checkout is good. Adding products you've ordered before with the "reorder" button is a great option. Look and feel of the website is nice if the functionality worked better.
