the profucts are solf out! tdke them off the site. my colors are out of stock! i wsnt the south asian feetive ring and i cannot even see it in my order! fristrated.

my overall experience was amazing. Each year I try to purchase the Christmas Edition Lipstick. I was not able to get last year's however, I was able to do so this year! i am happy with my purchase.

I used to love getting packages from MAC: the branded packaging, the black tissue paper...it felt magical. This order came in a nondescript box with white packing paper with not even a waybill. Disappointing to say the least.

I requested to reset my password twice and the system did not generate an email with a link to do so. I had to call the helpcentre in order to get this done.

The sales associate was very friendly and tried to help me with my online purchase question. The only reason I gave my purchase experience 9 out of 10 was that the sample I had selected when placing the order wasn’t included in the bag until I asked and then they put it in the bag.

Regarding the Holiday 2026 collection, I am finding it very confusing the release dates and what is available. I wish it was a bit more clear, especially because most of what we see online is american content. It would be nice more clear and Canadian information.

Website is a bit glitchy on phone browser. Images reset, bounce around. With respect to products I wish there were more swatches on people of different skin tones, and that it would allow zooming in to get a better idea of the look of swatches on skin

The delivery was a little slow. I think it was packed and ready to be shipped. It just sat there for a few days before it was picked up by the carrier. Once there got it it was quick. I think I'm just used to Amazons quick delivery service. The lipstick "Naughty Nude" is excellent quality as per normal Mac Cosmetics standards. Beautiful colour and overall amazing. I wouldn't expect anything else.

Website is perfect. The shades shown on skin color varieties makes selecting a breeze. Search tool is quick and efficient and pricing is a little high but understandably worth it. Thanks for my birthday present (from my husband) every November!

I wasn't sure if a replacement pallet for my foundation was even a possibility, but am very happy that it is. I'm saving money, and the environment, as I don't need to throw out the compact as well. It was easy to find on the website, which I really appreciate.

I ordered this product (3 bottles of foundation) early September. It was on sale but on back order. I called Mac today and they said the order was cancelled after 45 days..I was not made aware of that. I ordered 1 bottle at regular price today. I THINK MAC SHOULD HONOUR THE SALE PRICE since it was not available at that time.

The mobile site does freeze and refresh a lot, and I wish the try-on feature was enabled for the frost lipsticks. Otherwise, love the free shipping and love that you take PayPal. What happened to free samples at checkout for MAC Lovers?

My order took over a week to come. If I went to the store I would have got what I needed right away. I ran out of foundation and had nothing left to use. Then after a week my foundation went on sale for 30% off. I bought 2 extra ones on sale and they came a day after my first one arrived. I wanted to return my first one as I paid full price and use my other 2 but no receipt was given with my order when it arrived. And when it arrived my foundation was no longer on sale. Very frustrated with how long it took it wss over a week long. But my second order took a few days.
