love the reward system and it was easy to find the eyeshadows but finding the specific brush i wanted want as easy. I find you send me too many emails. I unsubsribe but you keep sending them to me. I only want an email if its a big sale. I don't want product updates.

To be clear, I’m very fond of MAC products and in my effort to shop Canadian I’ll continue to shop here. However, your website is chunky and difficult to navigate, and I was excited about a birthday gift. I received an email today, and 2/3 of the lip colours are already sold out. Does having a birthday late in the year mean dregs? The website: if you click on a product, then go back it takes you to the start of the page. Or even sometimes removes the filters you put in place so you have to start again. and because it is difficult to scroll, you can easily select the wrong product! I’m only getting a blush I know I love today, so this won’t be a concern but I do love the ease of returning something if I need to. And I truly appreciate the complimentary shipping.

You list products that are not available (NC13 studio fix refills), the new product depletes way quicker than before and its overall not as good. Im looking for alternative brands. Been using this for 20 years. Sad.

The mobile website is clunky and slow to load, and doesn't always work properly—for example it often won't let me click on the cart button. The desktop version is unusable on mobile, so the mobile is better than that, but it feels like the pages are more complex than they need to be and take a lot of power from my device.

Certain aspects of the webpage were cut off. For example, under the rewards that I could redeem, I couldn’t see the first thing which looked like it was a certain amount of money off of a minimum purchase. It didn’t load on my phone despite multiple attempts and dabbling on the page for sometime. Also, I’m not sure what it takes to be able to redeem some of the offers like $10 off of 35+. I made a purchase today and still couldn’t redeem any promos. In general, all of us always like little promo codes or little mini size freebies with purchases. Just food for thought.

the points redemption need to be improved. If I have the points why can't I redeem for more than one item per order. The way it is now my points expire before I can use them. Also most items that are on the list to redeem are sold out. As it stands now your points program is pretty much useless.
