Wish there were more swatches of individual eyeshadows. They're not available locally and I had to test them on a road trip a few months ago and note them in my phone. I would have bought more if I knew the colours in swatch form probably. I'm limited in my Thunder Bay selections. Also wish there were gifts with purchase available. And more eyeshadow samples with checkout.

I find the website easy to navigate, search function finds whatever you're looking for, sales happen regularly. I would love it if they sold a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen though, pass that on to them :)

I had a hard time deleting what was in my shopping bag. I tried refreshing that didn't work, editing was not working either. After tapping edit numerous times it finally opened so I could edit my order. Almost gave up.
