I don't have anything bad to share :o) I find the online shopping experience with MAC to be fantastic (although I couldn't add samples this time... might be because I updated my computer/browser recently so maybe I'm not seeing it lol... all good though!). I will say, I am a proud Canadian and will continue to support MAC as long as I am able.

The bronzers are all reddish and powder foundation went from 15g to 12g with a price hike. Stop with extortion .Make things affordable or else I won't buy again.

I love MAC products, and have had fun filling my 15 colour palette with eye shadows, however, MAC has discontinued my three favourite colours: Patina, Sumptuous Olive and a beautiful mauve (my very first MAC shadow from 2002) whose name has long since rubbed off! I look for them every time I shop online, like I'm looking for a lost love!

I have been a MAC user for 30 years. Today I was unable to log into my account. I requested a password reset, it never arrived. Then I was locked out and not able to collect my points. I tried to interact with the online bot and was told it was not available. In the end I made the purchase because this is the time that is convenient for me but I’ve missed out on my points and birthday gift.

This was my first time buying on your website and I was surprised to find what I was looking for, the single eyeshadows !!. These have become extremely difficult to find lately as not everyone wants to buy a palette of colors that they will only use one or two colors and throw out the rest, thats a complete waste of money. Thank you I found a wonderful selection and will be visiting your site in the future.

I did not receive sample options, which I truly enjoy in shopping on Mac. I also missed my birthday month which is always fun to shop at Mac in June. A busy month and missed it.

Please fix your birthday redeem function in the MAC accounts. The redeem free birthday gift call to action is not working. I tried on mobile and on desktop, and it doesn't add the free birthday gift to cart, the url it's pointing to is simply the checkout and doesn't actually add the product to your cart. I had to speak to 2 click to chat reps to try and get this resolved. The funny thing is I had the same issue last year, the birthday gift was out of stock, and then you cancelled my birthday order, so I had to speak to a rep as well to get my birthday gift. Thanks

I had checked out products in store. I made an in store purchase yesterday. There were a couple of products that I wanted to wear first to see if I liked them before purchase. I liked the lipstick and made the decision to purchase the bronzer and the lip pencil with assistance from AI. Also AI assisted with my in store purchase as it found MAC eyeshadows that would replace discontinued Bobbi Brown products

I had a positive experience, everything came quickly and without any issues. Would love an extension of cooler tones in lipstick formulas. And maybe some throwback shades. I think capitalizing off people’s nostalgia is a good marketing tactic. Timevault collections are usually very popular. Especially now when the economy is bad and people aren’t as interested in “new” products. They want to be able to see old products that they once loved or missed out on in the past. However keep the shades identical to the past. People know to compare them.

I've been a loyal MAC user since 1989. I love MAC. My store was downtown Vancouver, Robson- or close by. I'm getting priced out! It would be a wonderful inclusivity platform, if you offer a discount to people with disabilities on a fixed incomes? Then we could afford to keep looking fierce and fabulous! I understand inflation, unfortunately I am unable to work overtime.

I've been buying MAC for over two decades. I now live in a small town 3 hours away from the nearest MAC store. The website is easy to navigate and the quiz to help with shades is very helpful.

A lot of ivwntory is always out of stock. It doesn’t get replenished in store or online promptly. some products did not look as they appear online. You should be able to return products for a group of others toequate to same value

I wish the product colours gave recommendations for skin tones. It is difficult to pick a shade when not knowing whom it’s geared to.The closest MAC store to me had no stock of the shades I was interested in so I could not even go to the store to purchase product Also I figured a virtual assistant would be available 24/7 I guess my idea of a virtual assistant is incorrect. The pictures that show the shades on models arms should have the ability to make larger. Also when a customer’s closest store does not have the product in stock a customer should not be charged a delivery fee!
