I have been using MAC products for years. I love the in-store experience because of the personalized service. My store recently closed so I am trying the online experience. It was a pleasantly easy experience. Two of my items were easy to find. The last item I had to search for, using the search option helped me to find it quickly. I always enjoy the free samples that come with my purchase and was pleasantly surprised to find that’s an online service as well.

I didn’t recall that I had previously signed up for rewards, so when I could not use my welcome discount code, I was confused as to why and had to chat the customer service rep. Additionally, the website moves slow on my iPad.

I was after one thing. The new housewife's which I cannot get from ulta. I've been eyeing it for months. I am so happy I was able to get it and got a free sample lipstick to have too. The only thing I didn't like was that shipping was 8 dollars and can take upwards of a week. I feel like that's a bit pricey for it to take that long and would expect that price if it was overnight/same day.
