Came to the website because other retailers were out of stock of some products. Thankfully I found what I came for & more. I did unfortunately pay with the wrong card & after cancelling & trying to place a new order, it would not accept the welcome discount code. I could have saved quite a bit off of the original price but it is what it is.

The website showed free items and said pick one but the free item didn’t show up in my basket. Also, it said 15% off of you sign up for text messages. I put my number in but didn’t receive a text and therefore, no discount. Positive comment is that I can receive my order today. That is great!

The website is easy to use. I wish there was an app or when you sign in as a pro member it clarifies a little bit more that you are a pro member but overall, I love it the breakdown the categories, very user-friendly and can’t wait to start sharing the makeup looks I do and create.

I live on a street with a lot of commotion and think there’s a gang who lives nearby, even across the street where there is theft commonly. Please get the mall location as an option to deliver packages so they don’t get stolen. I call the police about the gang activity and don’t want to get shot or stabbed for taking to my sketchy neighbors.
