My eebsite experience was mostly positive. I was forced to order online because MAC has closed several of its stores in NYC, which is shocking to me. NYC!? I always shopped in person. I felt I had to rush to make the order as I say the Basqiate bag was already sold out.

I first came on to find one particular lipstick. It was easy to find where they were all located, however I couldn’t find the one I needed. It was all good though, as I was able to google the color and it redirected me to its spot in the website.
