The overall experience is good. Seems to have the products I love. I don't like when a product that I love is no longer available. For example there was a cream textured concealer that was really wonderful for my under eyes. Suddenly MAC decided to get rid of it in exchange for a liquid version. It was not the same and I believe that was a miscalculation on customer experience. However the website was easy to navigate and the cash out was the same..easy! Need more discounts and coupons...not just for 1st time buyers, but customer loyalty as well. Overall experience was a 9.
