I have been a loyal customer of MAC. I placed an order, tried to cancel it, and the order was delivered. I returned unopened, numerous customer service requests to get my refund. At least 2 times the refund was not as stated, and I had to keep contacting customer service. Very frustrating and disappointing

I have been using C3 Studio Fix for many years, but apparently, you have changed the formula. The current formula is horrible. It breaks apart and is VERY messy and wasteful. 1/3 of the product goes into the sink or on my floor instead of me being able to use all the product I PAID for. VERY SADLY, I hate this formula and will never buy this product again.

I like the MAC website. It's easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. Too many websites these days include many pop-ups that make recommendations for various products. It's distracting, particularly when I know what I'm looking for. The selection of products is diverse and MAC products are some of the best on the market.

I got to the site from an email advertisement. I wish when I press “Shop Now” that it would take me to the general site instead of what is in the advertisement. I understand why it does that, but I needed to shop in general and not the product advertised. Anyway-first world problems.
