Hello! My concern is about effectiveness of website. I use safari on an iphone and each connection has been a burden for me. It takes so much time to get reaction after each click, that makes me feel a bit annoyed. I couldn't get to the page that I just moved forward for a couple times so I can say it is hard to move back and forward between pages. It also takes you to the start many times. And I couldn't figure out how much I need to spend to get mini gift items. etc. Otherwise I love you guys! Thank you

The only frustration was that I couldn’t remember my password for my loyalty account and it kept telling me that it was sending me a link to update my pass but I never got the email- however at the end of the purchase it showed me that my purchase has been added to my loyalty account so that was a good news

I think the website is very easy to look around to find the items that I wanted. I also liked that everything stayed in my cart (unless it was sold out) for a few days while I contemplated my purchase. It was also extremely easy to check out and I had no problems. Overall, I think the website is very accessible to anyone trying to buy product from MAC.

The checkout process is not smooth. The site is delayed when responding to updates to the cart. Outside of this issue, I had no other issues with the website or checkout process. Search results were helpful and the selection of products is likened to being in the store. I did purchase a new product today (the contour cream set) and I wasn’t sure which of the blending brushes was best so I decided to opt out of purchasing a brush. I’ll likely purchase on in the store at some future point.

I would say the website overall is good. There aren’t too many pop-ups that get in the way of your purchase. The only issue I would have is that the mobile version delays a lot so when you select an item to add to your bag or you switch options and go into check out. It takes a while for it to load.
