The website lags a bit but I was happy to see MAC restocked the palettes for the build your own palette eye shadows but they removed the 6 palette option. I checked out a few other MAC products but I only really wanted eyeshadow refills.

Not enough product options in different colors, etc. I look for fun colored eyeshadow palattes eyeliners and lipsticks and MAC has very limited choices now.

I wish they had more than one model wearing the same color but overall I knew what I had to replenish I just decided to try a bronzer and it was hard to figure out what color was best as I can be between 2 colors a lot of times. I just think on fair skin two types of rosey or golden skin would be helpful as some are more pink red and some light pale pink tones depending on time of year is all and it would be neat to see people with skin abnormalities like pigmentation patches, rosacea, dark spots, etc

The website glitch’s and NEVER works seamlessly when placing an order online on the phone. It lags and takes awhile to process the request. It is not the WiFi connection because it happens everywhere I’ve tried and I have no issues with any other vendor. Please invest in making your site easier to use when purchasing online using the phone. Adopting Apple Pay was 10/10 though.

I would still recommend mac cosmetics due to the authenticity of your products. But unfortunately, I happen to have a bad experience with the delivery process. I monitored the tracking thru UPS said package was delivered. Excited to receive my items they weren't there. I called UPS no response. I tried to submit a claim system was down. I was very hurt and upset thinking someone stole my package. I then scrolled through my emails from Mac to verify the status of delivery that's when I discovered that the package was delivered BUT to the Wrong address. My heart sank due to my anticipated excitement because I was preparing to go out of town and needed my Mac products to shine. I then sent an online chat to Mac explaining the issue and how I should not be held responsible for products I never received. I reached out to Mac by phone the next day and cusomer service rep was very understanding and immediately found a resolution to my problem. She updated and verified the correct address and said within 2-3:bus days they will ship out my products. I received my items within 5-7 days later but then was very dissatisfied that one of my products (the allover concealer pen) was not included with the package because it was an out of stock item. I got an email from Mac letting me know the item is out of stock and if I wanted to change to something else. I really didn't have any idea of what else I could use, so I replied to the email asking if they could suggest an item for me instead. This communication did not prolong any further. I'm dealing with grief, loss, and sickness and was unable to reach out any further. As of now, I'm not sure if my purchse gets adjusted, if the unreceived product is still pendind on my account, or how does this matter gets truly resolved. I'm still a Mac fam and will continue to be. This was just a very bad experience for me as an online customer. I've always purchased in person with no issues. So I hope this situation can be rectified on my behalf as I plan to coninue using Mac cosmetics going forward.

I don't necessarily have a problem with the shopping or shipping experience, though, in this day and age of quick shipping, it does seem to take a long time. That is not the end of the world. What I REALLY DO NOT LIKE is the new formulation for the Studio Fix powder. It sucks. IT feels and looks cheap. This is my second purchase of the new formula because I wanted to give it one more try, and I haven't found a brand to switch to yet, but I am really disappointed. I prefer to just get all my make-up from one place - MAC, so the fact that I have to find another brand of powder is upsetting.

I keep getting messages that my credit card needs to be updated and when I tried to call I pressed 1 for the United States and it hung up on me saying I was not choosing the right number 😳 so I went back and from the menu waaaaay at the bottom chose the United States and my purchase went through ( this is on a subscription of every 2 months) This is highly confusing. The message that was sent to my email was a bit confrontational as it said this was my second warning 😬. I’m confused.
