Website is fine, but the Charlotte airport location has stained Mac reputation forever. Always black girls with rasist atitudes against, not wanting to help. Its clear Mac is focused on one race, hires with that and ignores customer service

Happy to use the online. The store in Olympia is really poorly stocked and usually nobody is in there so it is hard to get stuff or play with new stuff. I miss how it used to because I learned so much from the artists.

MAC website is a bit buggy on mobile, always refreshes unwillingly. With a better website that is more user friendly, it would make it easier to browse products to find and purchase. The website has always been awful for mobile users (haven’t tried on desktop, so it could be in general) that I just buy my regulars and limited edition products instead of finding new products to fall in love with.

I’ve been buying this exact lipstick for years, which is how I can tell that enshittification has reached MAC because the quality of this product has decreased noticeably. It gets on my teeth and I am having to reapply way more frequently than I ever did. Extremely disappointed.

No doubt your makeup is top rated. The only issue is that I have been getting them through Ulta and Target for convenience and I get face to face person who will recommend a product to me. The malls are too far for me so now I have to order the staples from your website and probably won't try other products because I'm not sure how it would look in real time.
