I had a couple of inconveniences:
1.) the minimum spending for free shipping kept changing - so after I hit the max, it would continue to increase (so I joined the MAC reward problem to solve this, not a big deal)
2.) I was regularly logged out of my MAC account, which is a bit annoying (but again, not a big deal)
3.) for some reason, my Apple Pay defaulted to a very old address of mine (~5 years outdated). I’ve never had this happen before on any other website using Apple Pay so I don’t know what backend setting you have in place. My best guess is that your system auto-inputs the last address I used to make an online order, but this is not a great assumption. Ultimately, it ended up throwing an error and I was able to resolve it before making the purchase, so no big deal.
4.) a lot of your products lack model swatches so I had to use Google to get a better idea of how the product would look on a person in order to compare them to myself
I really liked the checkout procedure - I thought it was quick and simple. And I think you overall have a nice website layout.
