Girl! Mac has pissed me off so bad I have switched make ups after 20 + years weeks before my anniversary I placed or for foundation and lipstick took forever to comeback got makeup color wrong was told formula updated I may need to go into store for right color . I said when I placed order I saw NOTHING EXPLAINING THAT! At this point no apology was accepted! I never received lipstick I called & received wrong lipstick by then anniversary here wrong makeup no lipstick in surgical boot couldn’t get around. I asked to speak with manager none available I asked specifically to be called in the morning received 2 calls in afternoon. Received messages from someone stating to please return call so they can get some information on the reason for my call so they can get me to area I need to be😡 I just gave up and now I’m looking for a new make up. Customers Service has changed for the worse! I told my story to others and I wasn’t alone, everyone had a horrific experience to tell. I will be writing to corporate and encourage everyone to do the same. SHAME ON IT ALL!
