I love Lovelyskin in general, and prefer to buy from you The times when I don't the deals elsewhere have to be really good, often with Rakuten. Or a brand you do not carry (Furtuna, Ziip for example or Dr Loretta in the past). Today was super annoying that two different codes were needed. BFR25 for almost everything, then BFS25 for Klorane, and I almost overpaid by entering the Klorane one which did not work for majority of my purchases. I wish you could see the percentage off in checkout, not just price, bc easy to make errors like that if you are not calculating. Also random: I HATE HATE the red dot that shows up to remind me that I can click to reorder. Really anyone who has used the internet is aware that one can do this. Red dots, moving animations etc are really just frustrating when you come to a site often (I am thankful you got rid of some moving animation a long time ago, bc that truly made me stop using the site bc it was so annoying when I spend a lot of time reading reviews carefully). Also recent purchase from Yonka was a clear reformulation that was not really listed clearly as such, just indicated a name change. It was a waste of a lot of money for a product that is nearly completely different and lacks everything I loved about the old eye cream. So frustrating. I wish it would clearly state reformulation and when.
