I deliberately looked for another "store," "company" to purchase my face products from (mostly SkinCeuticals) given how totally frustrating and exasperating DermStore has become in every way! I quit them, and then Googled, and there was LovelySkin; and boy am I glad I found you! Given that you are a US company, and founded by a Dermatologist sold me, immediately. And then, I pleasantly discovered that your website is clear and user-friendly, and the ordering process is extremely easy. I love the samples you offered, AND, I couldn't believe how much care and concern you took for the shipping and handling of my products/order. Everything was wrapped and padded for protection, and there even was a message to thoroughly check the packing so as not to miss any of the samples. My box arrived severely damaged (I actually took pix in hopes of showing you how much I appreciated the excellent packing) - there was a large whole in the bottom of the box that went all the way through, and one side was crushed in almost to the middle of the box. This is USPS, and not the first time I've experienced this from them, so thank you, thank you, thank you for training your employee's to pack the products with care and to pad, pad, pad! LOve you guys!
