I am writing to express my disappointment regarding your "20% off" sign-up promotion. As a first-time visitor, I provided my email and phone number specifically to access this discount. However, after successfully applying the code at checkout, my total remained unchanged.
While I am aware that many medical-grade brands have strict MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) agreements that prevent retailers from offering certain discounts, your marketing of a "sitewide" or general sign-up incentive without immediate and clear disclosure of these exclusions is intentionally misleading.
Trading personal contact information for a discount that cannot be applied to the vast majority of your professional inventory is a poor customer experience. This "bait-and-switch" tactic, used primarily to capture data for marketing purposes, is off-putting and has caused me to lose trust in your brand. As a result, I have decided to cancel my order and will be unsubscribing from all further communications.
I recommend that you make your exclusions much more transparent during the sign-up process to avoid frustrating new customers in the future.
