For the price I paid and also having to pay for shipping as well, the product quality was extremely poor and the delivery too slow.

Web: The website loads slowly, and if you click into a product to view detail, when you go back in the browser you start over instead of going to where you were browsing. Checkout: I purposely selected items that indicated free shipping, however I was charged for shipping. I tried to call customer service before checking but they are closed on Saturdays. I have rewards that are expiring in 10 days (and represent about $100 in prior spending), but I could not use them because I had a reward for singing up for texts. I ultimately removed $50 from my cart. Shipping is $18, which is higher than any shipping I am willing to pay from another online vendor. I love Levenger products and have been a customer for more than 20 years, but the limitations with coupons/rewards and ridiculous shipping may have me looking elsewhere in the future.

They have very nice pens --- can be customized with initials, a name, etc... If you don't want to bust the bank, they seem to have some sale & clearance items. Very happy with my purchase recently.

Site hard to navigate. It was impossible to tell what some of the products are (what's included, what the materials are...) I signed up for free shipping and other discounts by providing email, but in the end, was charged a LARGE shipping fee.

The first time I tried to order, I was shocked to see that the order was being sent to my Florida address - I didn't seem to have been given a chance to pick my current address. It took me half an hour waiting on the phone to reach a representative. Happily, she was able to cancel the original order and I changed my default address so the same mistake would not happen again. But the experience was stressful.

I love purple and Levengers provides purple inks and many splendid colors! Their writing instruments are absolutely just the very best quality and I have many and also they are well loved gifts I give to others and the variety is exceptional too! Have tried a few times to order 1 item & screen disappears, changes or morphs. I ordered what I really didn’t want on this order bc original was never retrieved. I like the catalog but items are often not on sale.

It was a bit tricky in that, having received Levenger Fall Sale, it took extra time, for me, to match/compare items from Fall Sale with your online shop. I shop catalogue and online at the same time to get more information, get more and better photos, and avoid or at least minimize having overlooked the “FINE PRINT”. The old adage is, “what the LARGE PRINT GIVETH, the small print taketh away”. And finally, by shopping online while simultaneously using hard copy lesser content of sale catalogue, I can better choose the item most likely to fit my needs (even though the item online might not work with my budget). I’m very disappointed in my most recent order. The paper punch I purchased sticks and at times & a set of discs were missing from my order. Although the missing discs are being sent, there was no priority given to shipping the items to me. It has now been a week since I notified Levenger of their mistake and they are now just sending a replacement, which se ma to be shipping extremely slowly because it’s not expected to arrive until next week some time. Do better, Levenger. Your prices are way too high for this type of service.
