Levenger's periodic sales are always worth investigating. I see items I may have missed, and at this time of the year, items that would make good gifts for the holidays. Once again I was inspired for gift giving — and couldn't resist adding a few things for myself to the shopping cart.

I continue to find your checkout a bit confusing. For example, orders over 100.00 ship free. But I was using points, which would bring my total to below 100.00. I almost did not purchase because shipping would be about 20% of total. However, I decided I would not continue to “pay” if I lost free shipping. I was happily able to use points and get free shipping. Having a statement like “ free shipping on orders over 100,00 before points applied, “ would have speeded up my checkout and alleviated my confusion.

I love Levinger's overall quality and selection of their entire product line, found "sale" items perfect for modest Xmas gifts & will definitely order at a future date a few of the small office furniture so difficult to find in local stores.

I was disappointed in Circa Cover options - I buy a new cover each year as a treat to myself, and the past 2 years have enjoyed paterned options. The options so far this year didn't excite me. I may be ordering too early.... I was also VERY disappointed to read that I had many points EXPIRE. Why offer points if I can't use them? I've been a loyal customer for YEARS and will continue, but the points seem 'pointless!"

I purchased 5 pads of paper because the quality is high and I like how the page is organized. I mostly use for my job and the setup makes taking call notes easy and effective. I would recommend Levenger as the selection is great as is the quality.

I’ve been a long time customer. You’re now using carriers (DHL) that I don’t like. Delivery takes longer than expected based on past experiences. Is the company still owned and run by the Leveens? Are you now using 3rd party fulfillment companies instead of in house?

I love the quality and uniqueness of Levenger products. I've bought from them for at least 20 years and never been disappointed in an item I ordered. From purses to business stationary, the quality always delights. They once had a "scan-card" system that was exactly what I needed for keeping up with multiple tasks. No one else had anything like it. Unfortunately digital products took over, but if Levenger still had a scan card system I would go back to that. I still have several leather notebooks and stationery that are in perfect condition after 20 years of use. So I have no hesitation to pay a premium price at Levenger. The quality is worth the price.

I liked the layout of the junior inserts I ordered, but the paper was too thin. I thought Levenger's paper quality was higher, which is why I ordered from you. I didn't realize these specific inserts had lower paper quality.

Website is not the easiest to navigate when trying to get to a notebook. It brings you to other screens first before actually getting to what I was looking for. Once there it is great!

A loyal customer for 30 years, I was surprised when I found out that I was charged $2.98 so that I would not have to pay a charge if I returned an item. I didn't ask for that and indeed it seemed the amount of my purchase earned me Free returns. I complained about that by email, but I don't know if that went to Levenger or some outside service. In any case, I received without comment or explanation a refund of $2.98 to my credit card. So the "situation" was resolved, for which I am grateful, but it still makes me for the first time wary of purchasing from Levenger, though I most likely will do so because of the quality of the products. Levenger always had a personal touch feel. It looks like that may no longer be the case.

Difficult to locate products (especially calendars), once signed in had trouble getting back to site (no "continue shopping" button), high shipping costs. I do like the bomber jacker products and the circa calendars.

This is overpriced and I even bought it on sale. Franklin has much better prices. Doesn't even offer calendars that I want. Hole punches are ridiculously priced. oh and the packaging is RIDICULOUS! So much to recycle. I'm just ordering an organizer

If you need a specific nice business/work item, like a fancy lapdesk, pen, etc., these guys are great. Including for gifts. I needed a new work bag and got one that is nice, professional, and surprisingly affordable.

Usually, deliveries by Levenger are on time, because they come when expected. This last time, the delivery came very unusually late. I was very disappointed.

I am always delighted to visit Levenger. The site is user friendly, the ink colors are rich and nicely saturated. Today I wanted to purchase the black nib in medium. I may order the broad in the future. Everything was seamless including payment. Great company!

You are already overpriced and your shipping charges are high and then you can’t even ship in a timely manner. Other places offer free or reasonable shipping charges for faster delivery.
