My new pen is perfectly great as have all my previous Levenger pens been. EXCEPT- I ordered it monogrammed and it came blank Hoping I was not charged for engraving!

I have been buying cabinets and storage items from Levenger for over 40 years. I am still using the many products I have bought from this company. The book boxes have been with me through 3 major moves and they STILL look as good as new. Levenger sells quality products.

I am very much a fan of the True Writer ballpoint pens. I had gone to gel pens when arthritis in my hands became quite an issue, but was never satisfied - ink soaking through paper, not drying fast enough and getting inadvertently messed up when touched - just not acceptable. So I went back to the ballpoint pen. I continue to highly recommend them and live with the knowledge that when I must write for a longer period of time I simply have to use Tylenol and ice my hand occasionally! I am defective. True Writers are the best.

I accidentally ordered a duplicate pen. Since this was in the evening, there was no way to contact the seller. I called them the next morning three minutes after they opened. I was told I could not cancel the order because it was in process. I doubt that. I will be returning the duplicate and likely not ordering from them again.

Nice pen to go with my GFeller leather notebook case. (You should really carry their products hint hint). It's the Nautilus pen, with vintage charm and fits the pen loops snuggly. What in kinda funny: I put the pen case next to another similar case and guess what? They're a perfect match. I had no idea I already had one of the pens from the same Vintage series. Very cool and useful product. Thank you.

I have looked and researched many planners. Last year I ordered the daily Circa pages. I've gone back to the Circa weekly. It has everything I need. My fantasy self always wants to decorate a planner, but my practical self likes the look and structure of the Levenger planner.

The "online" experience - in contrast to in-store or traditional mail order - certainly seems "junky" in comparison to the high-quality Levenger products themselves.

As always, my Levenger order arrived promptly, packaged stoutly, and the items are well made and super functional. Especially love it when someone spots the discrete gold embossed name on my cross-body bag and says, “Oh, you have a Levenger”!

Overall good, your search function could be improved when I search for dashboards it didn’t immediately provide them to me even when I searched by insert it didn’t come up as well I had to scroll through quite a few listings to get to what I needed

You should be able to use all your points at one purchase ! I earned them. I shouldn’t have to go on again within 24 days before they expire and pay again for shipping.

I love my 2027 agenda. It thin and pack with pages to keep me organized. I love writing my daily schedule. The grids provided are super. Hard to find in the US

Recently I returned to writing with a fountain pen. I have written with pencils (Blackwing) for years, but for some reason I wanted to experience the feeling of flowing ink on paper. So, I purchased a fountain pen from Levenger and wanted to have a supply of ink so I would not run out. It's so much fun to write now! I also purchased Rollerball Refills. I now have a pen ready to write in black and another one ready to write in red. How awesome!

As a customer for over thirty years, I have shopped in your physical store. We moved and now must shop online. The order process was a bit complicated...kept insisting on adding items to the list and charging me extra. Preferred the interactions at the physical store. Perhaps there is a great deal of AI involved witht the online process. Oh well....I do like Levenger's.....

The website said the pens I ordered were in stock but, thus far, all I've received are emails telling me my order is delayed. In the meantime, I've ordered and received pens from OTHER places that said they had the pens in stock and actually did. You lied and I do not like it.

The shopping experience on the Leveger site is always straightforward and helpful. The navigation is clear, the items are always described well with clear pictures. It helps that I’ve been a customer of Levenger for a couple of years, but even when it was a new experience it’s been a well-designed site, and does what a good shopping experience can do—make you want to buy more.

I ordered 2 different sized caddys. I got 2 tjw same.I expected a discount or % off or something ya'll advertize. I spent over $90 for 2 small caddys that were about $30 each.I don't get what happened. I can't imagine why S&H would cost around $30. The caddies don't look particularly special. This is the 1st time my order isn't correct. I am disappointed & anxious to hear details about what happwned.

I purchased the 2027 junior planner refill; I've been using these planners for years. They are the perfect size and have lined sections for each day's entry. Also purchased the junior folio, which is a gorgeous blue color, to use for various notes and lists. The product quality is excellent.

I needed a replacement refill for a unique pen. Levenger customer service replied promptly to my e-mail identifying two different options for refills. The ballpoint refill I selected works excellently and I am very satisfied with my overall Levenger experience.
