My only comment is a desire for the Circa SmartPlanner Weekly Agenda to have more than two designs, blue or pink. It would be nice to have the design of the leaves that is on the website right now. Or something fresh and new.

The reward program is so limited as to be unreasonable. By limiting reward points to 400 or $40 seems very unfair for large purchases. In my opinion once reward points are earned, they belong to the customer and should be immediately useable, especially since the have a short life before they expire.

We have spent easily well over $2,000 on Levenger products over the years and I have always been very satisfied. This time, however, a charge of $2.98 was added to my bill for "guaranteed returns." I tried to remove that charge twice and it kept popping up. With the message, "Pay now for free returns" appearing I thought, since I was paying now I'd get the $2.98 removed. but it remained there. Since I've never returned anything from Levenger, I don't know why I should be charged $2.98. That whole process needs to be clearer. This seems sneaky and underhanded, and frankly colors my feelings about Levenger. I have always been a great fan and if you asked me to give you $3.00 to keep you afloat, I'd be glad to help out, but I don't like tricks. So I will be much less eager to purchase from you in the future. Lamentably yours, Patrick White.

Takeaway: Levenger’s Circa system delivers premium materials, smooth usability, and thoughtful design, with only minor fit considerations depending on your cover setup. Review: The 2026–2027 Circa Daily Agenda refill continues Levenger’s reputation for excellent paper quality. My TUL gel pens show no bleed‑through, just light ghosting. I purchased an extra Circa leather foldover cover to use with the notebook that comes inside the Bomber Jacket Circa Zip Pro Folio. The foldover cover fits beautifully on its own, but the back cover is a tight fit inside the folio’s sleeve. I ended up using the original Levenger back cover to slide into the sleeve, which works perfectly and keeps the notebook secure. An alternative setup is to leave both front and back covers on and simply let the notebook rest inside the folio without sliding the back cover into the sleeve. This works too, depending on how rigid you want the notebook to feel. The gold aluminum discs add a premium touch and turn smoothly. Verdict: A premium, cohesive system with excellent materials. The only nuance is the folio sleeve fit, but once you choose your preferred configuration, the setup performs flawlessly.

I love Levenger’s leather goods, pens, and paper. The Circa system is a particular favorite of mine. I have several Junior and Letter size notebooks. I prefer the soft folios and the zippered covers as I find that the discbound foldover covers occasionally crack from repeated use over time. I have my original leather zippered notebook that is still in good condition and just shows some wear around the corners after decades of travel. Were it not pale green, even that wouldn’t be noticeable. I appreciate their customer service. It is timely, courteous and helpful.
