I am always delighted to visit Levenger. The site is user friendly, the ink colors are rich and nicely saturated. Today I wanted to purchase the black nib in medium. I may order the broad in the future. Everything was seamless including payment. Great company!

You are already overpriced and your shipping charges are high and then you can’t even ship in a timely manner. Other places offer free or reasonable shipping charges for faster delivery.

I like your products but it is very frustrating that you will not accept our business phone number as a valid number. I do not like to use my personal cell number but I had no choice because I could not place the order if I didn't.

The page nibs were as I expected. I prefer them to staples for not damaging the paperwork, not nicking my fingers when removing and they are attractive.

Website was jumping all over. Took me forever Site kept losing everything in my basket. Did that about 10 times. Then finally upon checkout. It failed to take discount codes CLEAR35 or LOVE2026 so I didn’t get free shipping or anything. Plus that, it just automatically accepted my order and charged me the entire amount without me ever pressing any button to actually place my order. Im asking you all yo at least refund me the shipping cost since the code LOVE2026 should have provided me that. Not s fun shopping experience at all today. Mrs. Norma Hickenbotham, Pensacola, FL 850-207-9330 Please advise if you will refund me the shipping on this order. If not, please cancel entire order.

The notepad I ordered was noted in red that it had free shipping. However when I checked out, I did pay shipping and there was not an option for free shipping.

Levenger was having its annual refill and Freeleaf sale, and I really took advantage of it. Not only did I buy Circa refill paper, but I also splurged on a Freeleaf notepad set with gold-edged pages!! It's simply gorgeous!! I love Levenger's products. I have been purchasing them for over 15 years. If you ever need or want high-quality analog paper, cards, or gifts, Levenger is the place to purchase them. They also sell purses, totes, bags, and some desktop furniture/organizers. You really should take the time to peruse their website.

Very clunky. Could not use rewards points & do not know why. What is the point of being loyal? The 2.98 for return shipping is chintzy and takes away from the highbrow design of the site. I think perhaps a new marketing strategy is in order.

Great circa products. No sketchbook refill paper available that I could find. Difficulties with search, overly fussy about how I looked for paper I wanted to limit visual clutter. I felt the sale was trying to slow me down. Also shipping should be flat-out free over a certain amount and maybe because I was firced to re enter so many times I did’t even get it right because I foolishly tried to add fav copper nibs, but special price wasn’t quite as good for me. If I did end up paying more than I should have because of vision, will ne pissed! Accessibility option slowing and annoying for me

I found the Levenger website challenging due to the continual need to click on the X every time I chose to move to a new page, item, etc. I like the Levenger products so I was willing to continue with the challenging nature of the website. But if I had no experiences with the product I would have just stopped the whole purchasing process. It was aggravating. I have never encountered this ordering experience with your website and I have been ordering items from you for 25+ years. The changes that have been made seem unnecessary, from my standpoint. I am sorry for these challenges because I always enjoyed looking at your products and normally purchasing something different, or new. This time, I got what I needed and then checked out. Which is disappointing to me, but unfortunately I just could not stay on the website.

I love the Levenger products, and wanted to take advantage of their Labor Day sale. But I was disappointed that they charged me for shipping on such a large order. In previous purchases, I paid no shipping for orders over $50 or $100. Other than thar, my shopping experience was very good.

It shipped out quickly and arrived quickly. The items I got were of high quality and I’m happy with them. The paper for the notepads is surprisingly fountain pen friendly which is not a feature of every notepad.

I received these Levenger pens as a gift from a dear friend who has passed away She just loved your pens and how they wrote. Unfortunately I noticed that the ink was gone or dried up. So I ordered refills to keep her memory and enjoy writing with these beautiful pens.

The tracking was a bit strange as it went from DHL to USPS- it was hard to track. And- I wish the item I had ordered (paper) would have shown out of stock when I originally went to but it- hopeful to receive this when it is back in stock.

I needed some ball point pen refills. My pen was from Levenger's, so I went to the Levenger website and they had the refills for sale so I bought some. I always like to stay with the same brand if possible.

The rollerball pen feathers on each type of paper I use, I would not recommend it. For a $70 pen you would expect it to write smoothly and be higher quality. The fountain pens are good though, I'd recommend the fine for everyday writing.
