Great products. Love the unique midway style/size. I ordered everything in late May and was extremely disappointed that 2026 Circa calendars aren’t available. Not a good situation for new customers.

Shopping was fine. Excited to try the zipped Bomber folio. New to the disc type of notebook but liked that a zipped folio is available to keep items secured. The SUNSHINE26 discount was an unexpected bonus. Thank you!

It was mostly good. I did use the discount and then realized I had to spend $75 in order for it to apply. I was disappointed but realized I had not read the fine print. I have been ordering from Levenger for years and have always been well pleased with the quality of the products.

Since I retired, I haven’t purchased anything from Levengers. My son is a young professional, and in the course of interviewing for a new job, an appropriate and professional padfolio to take notes is important. Look the part for the job you want.

I love the True Writer series. Have purchased them since almost the very day they came out. I often see other brands in which I am interested offered by you, but your prices on them aren't really competitive. You do a great job on provision. I would be more inclined to buy more from you if coupons/discounts counted on more products. All too often I enthusiastically drop a code into the box only to be met with the message that the discount wouldn't work on the item I was in the market for.

I was looking for a backpack that would fit my laptop and could fit everything I need for travel. It was too small for that purpose. I do like it more for a purse than a "travel" backpack. The quality of the item is great. I will definitely keep it but it will be used for different reasons than why I originally purchased it for.

I placed an online order with Levenger and the process was seamless from start to finish. It was very easy to order online and quick. The order was delivered before the expected delivery date. Levenger always aims to please their customers with quality and exceeding expectation.

I was yet undecided about the purchase items, but wanted to see what the final price would be after entering the sale discount. I accidentally hit the wrong part of the page, which placed the order. There was no option to cancel the order at that time. There was an email to contact customer service, but it was linked to a “no reply” email address that did not allow contact. Upon receipt of the email order confirmation, there would be a charge to return any items. While I like levenger items, I was disappointed with no order cancellation option and with inaccurate links to customer service emails. I ended up not receiving the 40% discount and was pretty frustrated by the experience.

Overall experience was positive, but too many upsell popups. Also, wanted to call and place order but that seemed difficult. And chat was AI, so not as helpful.

I love Levenger. I just received my most recent purchase, and I couldn’t be happier. It is a gorgeous blue scalloped file box with a lid, and it is exactly what I wanted. I also LOVE the pens I have purchased from Levenger. They are all of such amazing quality, and I am always impressed by how beautifully they flow across paper. Levenger, their service and their products are outstanding.

Ordering was a decent experience. Delivery wasn't horribly slow. The product felt cheap. The inside of the back leather panel crinkles audibly like it was lined with paper while the rest of the wallet felt soft and supple. The crinkly feel made the whole wallet feel like someone had mistakenly sewn in paper inside the lining.

Some favorite notebooks were on final clearance, so I jumped on them at great pricing, though sorry to see them go. Shipping remains a big hurdle, so I add and substract to cart to avoid the outlandish charges that pile up based on pricing, not size/weight. This order was reasonable, but I left 25% behind--I'd rather skip the products than have to pay for more alread-slow parcel delivery.

Fantastic customer interaction. I was looking for a system that would work with the Getting Things Done methodology (GTD), and Levenger is one of the few companies that has the paper-based system i was looking for (which, ironically allows me to move faster and get more done than a digital system).

I received this pen as a gift in 2007. I like the size of the barrel as my hands cramp up when writing a lot of hand written notes. The ink nicer than a standard ball point pen and I do not have to put a lot of pressure down on the paper to write.

The product was fine. I requested a note to be put inside as this was a gift for a friend. The note was not with the product. In fact, my friend had no way of knowing who sent the gift. That was a fail as far as shipping was concerned for this premium product.
