i think the pens are beautiful, though pricey. truthfully, i do not feel they write much better than inexpensive pens. The variety of ink colors are ordinary and not as vibrant as I would like. it is time to offer more ink options, such as a variety of colors other than the standard. Also, i would love some glitter ink options for making greeting cards I send have a little extra sparkle. Please make ink to matchbthe beautifully vibrant pens. also, let us choise the ink color in the pens we buy rather thsn just the standard black.

I’m a nerd about pens, notebooks, notepads, etc and Levenger’s doesn’t disappoint with numerous enticing items. The pens have a nice feel & balance and fabulous color combinations & designs. I love to whip out a nice looking pen with a coordinating notebook.

The step stool is perfect. I laughed a lot at the assembly instructions for the no-room desk. Parts: 1 desk, 4 casters. Steps: Attach casters to desk. I do have a couple of issues with the no-room desk. When folded, it does not stand on its own - too top heavy. Must lie flat, which takes up a lot of floor space, for which there is No-Room! Also, the braking casters didn't brake. I replaced them with the casters from the desk that this was replacing & now it's fine.

the all in one was redesigned froom the one i currenty own the old design had a pocket for bills The new design supports a pad of paper, however, the pad is thicker than my phone even in a case basically the All In One is too thick to comfortly carry in either a front of back pocket

I really like the quality of their products however there would be some changes I would make to the products. For example the tabbed monthly sheets should be made from something harder than card stock. The idea behind Circa products is having the ability to relocate the item quickly and without damaging the page or in this case the tabbed place holder. There is no information on this piece aside from the tab.

I have been wanting a leather expandable folder for some time but never thought to look for one online. I had been looking in stores for years and found Levenger. I received my order and couldn't be happier. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I buy this junior 2-year calendar every 2 years and have for a decade. I like it. It would have fit easily in a sturdy envelope. Came in a box that would have held 20 of them.

I ordered this as a gift to my "play daughter" (adult, with 2 kids). She absolutely loved everything. She said the pen has a very smooth glide, and the palm folio is perfect for her job. She, and her sons, loves the Space erasers. I suggested that she write their initials on them.

Not only is DHL the worst carrier, but they hand off my package to the second worst carrier, USPS. It sat in Houston for nearly three days for the hand off, and took 10 days overall to be delivered from KY. Surely, this method has to cost us more than just using, say USPS Advantage from the start. Also, the DHL tracking app is useless.

I have purchased the weekly margin calendar for years. Excellent quality and I like that it doesn’t take up a lot of room on the counter! Will continue to purchase this item - like it especially when it’s on sale - double bonus! I also finally remembered to order the Circa Jotlet ruled refill. Again, great quality and on sale-Yeah!

Item was as expected, I paid for initals thinking they would be on the product, for theft reasons. Initals were put on a tab that could be taken or cut off, useless reason for doing initials, waste of $11.95 and initals would like so much classier on the bag.

Disapointed with steno pad. I expected the cover to be stiff and it's floppy. Feels cheap. Returned it. Expected the return process to be easier online, but I had to call customer service instead.

The ordering process was great! I believe my first encounter could have been better since I shared with the representative that this my first experience with the company and it was a recommendation from Damita Williams and explained what I was trying to accomplish. I really didn’t order what was necessary and had to call back and place a second order. This time the representative was able to get me what I needed for my needs and purpose.

Products easy to find online, but purchase process is NOT easy to navigate. Response is slow from Levenger side on refreshes during ordering process. Also, shipping length is WAY too long and costly. I understand using third party fulfillment, but compared to other firms it is more expensive with long ship times (unless you pay LOTS to get it sooner. Also having a third party making available shipping information/tracking I consider to be unethical, redundant and confusing to the buyer.

Product looks nice. One of the rollerball pens I got as a gift wouldn't write. I tried and tried and finally wet it and it wrote for a few seconds and stopped again. I hope I got it working and it's not a dud gift. They're a little on the pricey side, so I just. Need more time to try and get feedback from the gift recipients.

I was expecting the disc notebook monthly dividers to be plastic, not paper cardstock. The material should be listed more prominently in the description as opposed to hidden behind a "product details" URL.

I found a just-right product and ordered it ... and then realized that I had missed a coupon. I contacted customer service, providing the order number, and asked if they could apply the coupon retraoactively. To my delight they could and did!

I ordered two pads of paper in my latest order and paid a premium price for the product. I also paid a premium price for shipping. Levenger used DHL as the carrier, who in turn used USPS for local delivery. USPS misdelivered the package. Neither Levenger nor DHL was any help resolving this problem. They made it sound like it was my fault. In the end, the Postal Inspector for the USPS was able to locate the product and facilitate delivery, albeit one week late. Levenger's products may be premium, but their customer service is on par with Walmart.

Great ordering experience as I have come to expect from Levenger. The only thing is that I misread the size of the Pebbled Leather Zipped Folio. I was expecting it to be cell phone size and instead it is much larger. However it does have a lovely secure space for a cell phone and the because of its larger size I will actually be able to replace my purse with it on some occasions which will be great.

I have had nothing but great experience since finding Levenger. On this last order, I read customer reviews and found one that stated he broke the pen because he tried to open by twisting the pen at the mid section rather than unscrewing the point tip. It might be more helpful to include a notice where to unscrew the pen for refill replacements. But you all still have unique and quality products

I was looking for a classy gift for a friends 60th birthday and she also just started her own podcast. I got her a nice pen with her name engraved and a 5yr journal with her initials and an engraved yeti with her name and her new podcast name on the other side. It was a perfect gift. Loved it so much I ordered all 3 of our kids an engraved pen and 5 yr journal for Christmas presents.
