I received 4 Truewriters. The twilight storm is surprisingly BEAUTIFUL. But it “rattles” when I use it. I bought it as a lark, but it is my favorite, except the rattle. I tried everything I can do to try to fix it. Help pease. All the rest are great.

I purchased this pen as a gift and was so tempted to keep it for myself! I have several already but this one was awfully pretty! I love that they ship free and the pens were half price, so it was a no-brainier to buy one as a gift. She'll love this one!

This is my third retractable truewriter pen, and I like the slim feel in my hand, but this one has a defect where the plastic looks cracked on the inside leaving an ugly line circumscribing the pen near the bottom. One of my other retractables has a design flaw where the nib never fullly retracts, so they clearly need work but I hope Levenger improves the product and comes out with a pretty lilac-pearl version, pwease!

Not happy about the 2.98 charge for free returns. I've ordered this note pad before and know I will not be returning them at all. there was no way to remove this charge.

I placed an order on June 6th and recently found out the wisteria discbound is on backorder until July 10. I wanted to add to my order so get something sooner while I wait for the original order. I asked for free shipping and a better discount. I was not able to get either with a new online order and not able to redeem my rewards because of the sunshine code.

I was happier when DHL was the carrier, for some reason both of my most recent shipments that were shipped via FedEx went from Hagerstown, MD to West Virginia and then back to Maryland again. Why? It always delays the shipment

I don’t like that I can’t use my reward dollars on this order. I have made many purchases and I am awarded these reward dollars, just to have them expire or “There was an issue applying your reward dollars to this order.” This is just wrong and bad business behavior towards a long loyal customer.

The shopping experience was pretty good. The web site is a little sketchy but it gets there. It wasn't clear that the coupon and the Rewards points didn't work together (it still isn't but I wasn't able to use the points so I am guessing not) -- The shipping experience is fine, but the information on shipping is not impressive.

Your 5-Year journal is my go-to gift. I am on my second one myself, and I have given one for a baby shower gift and three for graduation gifts. They are well made, pretty, have a nice assortment of colors, and are a wonderful way to document five years!

I really like the pen and ink color although the photos really don’t give you as good of a sense of the size or diameter or real color, and I wish it were clear that a converter was included with the pen so I didn’t believe I needed to order one. I found that having things “checked for me:” was really annoying.

I ordered the Charlie Brown pen for my husband for Father's Day. He wanted it for Christmas, but I screwed up and bought him something else. To make up for it, I figured Father's Day was a perfect time to gift it to him. Ordering the pen was easy. I received information on tracking and delivery and the package arrived on time. I was really excited to receive the pen and couldn't wait to give it to him. On the day the pen arrived, I quickly opened the box, took out the packing paper and removed the pen box. I had also ordered ink cartridges which were also in the box. That is it 3 items plus the shipping box. I opened the pen box and there was nothing inside. Absolutely nothing. It was evident the pen box was empty, but I shook it anyway, turned it upside down, and shook it again. Empty. I returned to the shipping box and packing paper. I turned the shipping box upside down and shook it. Empty. I unfurled the packing paper. Empty. I was so confused that I went back to the pen box and repeated the process again. Empty. When it finally sunk in that the pen was not in the box I took a picture of the pen box in the shipping box. I then called customer service. I was so very ready to be told there was nothing that could be done. But I was wrong. The person I talked to (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) couldn't have been more helpful and also more surprised that the pen box arrived empty. She had me send her the photo and asked what date I needed the pen by. She submitted another order for me and ensured me it would arrive on time. I received the replacement two days ago. This time the pen was in the box! While the pen is absolutely beautiful and my husband will love it, Levenger will always be in my heart for the amazing customer service I received.

The website continually said it added things to cart and didn't add the correct things. It would adverstise one price, select a different color, and the price would triple ($49 to $143). Asking me to pay for shipping on a $155 cart is also poor form, I would expect free shipping over $100 as is the industry norm.

Great products. Love the unique midway style/size. I ordered everything in late May and was extremely disappointed that 2026 Circa calendars aren’t available. Not a good situation for new customers.

It was mostly good. I did use the discount and then realized I had to spend $75 in order for it to apply. I was disappointed but realized I had not read the fine print. I have been ordering from Levenger for years and have always been well pleased with the quality of the products.

Since I retired, I haven’t purchased anything from Levengers. My son is a young professional, and in the course of interviewing for a new job, an appropriate and professional padfolio to take notes is important. Look the part for the job you want.

I love the True Writer series. Have purchased them since almost the very day they came out. I often see other brands in which I am interested offered by you, but your prices on them aren't really competitive. You do a great job on provision. I would be more inclined to buy more from you if coupons/discounts counted on more products. All too often I enthusiastically drop a code into the box only to be met with the message that the discount wouldn't work on the item I was in the market for.
