Way too many ads pop up brfore I'm allowed to ser what I'm looking for. It gets worse every year. I need a substitute vendor who will let me enjoy shopping.

As a beginner - I was looking for a way to help me create a 2026 system. I’d highly recommend a video reviewing all the options and add ons a person just learning to create their own planner. Explain the use of all the various documents and accessories.

The products are high quality, no problems there. Shipping was on time but slow compared to other vendors. Lovely packaging for each item, would be great for gifting, but for my own use I considered it excess packaging.

I was a dedicated Levenger customer, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I recently placed an order for the Wisteria notebook set, only to later learn that delivery would be delayed by more than six weeks. That delay was not clear at the time I placed the order. Because I needed the notebook for a project, I could not wait that long, so I contacted customer service and asked to replace the order with a different color. Unfortunately, every response I received from customer service felt like an obvious canned reply. No one offered any meaningful assistance to improve the situation, not even free expedited shipping on the replacement order, despite the fact that it took more than two weeks for Levenger to tell me I would still have to wait another four weeks for the original order. Levenger is a small company selling premium-priced products in a market where less expensive alternatives are readily available. Given that, I expected customer service that reflected the premium price point. Instead, the experience was no better than dealing with Amazon or another large retailer, and frankly, even Amazon would likely have offered a credit or some other accommodation in this situation. I placed this final order only because I had a coupon. Moving forward, I plan to use TUL or other discbound notebook brands instead. Levenger has lost me as a customer.

I would recommend Levenger to a very good friend. Why? You can always find the best of any product you are searching for. I absolutely fell in love with my purchase. I have been searching for this product for years. The tote I purchased is excellent and has met all of my requirements. All of the pockets and large interior are like a dream come true. What more could I want when carrying all my art projects and art journal requirements? I absolutely love this product. Thank you, Levenger. You have done it again. You have a very satisfied customer.

Originally, I did not take the $2.98 free return offer. I purchased a pen and personalized it with initials. So, not returnable. I also purchased two sets of notebooks, which I will not be returning. So, the fee was not needed. However, you sent a text with a code to my cell phone and when I used it I did not notice you applied the free return fee. To me, that is a waste of money when nothing is going to be returned. By the time I noticed the charge, it was too late to remove it. Or, at least I did not see a way to remove it without having to start over with my order.

I was told I would get a 15% discount if I register to receive text messages. Did not receive that. When I tried to send an email, I was told that no email can be sent to the email address. Then there was a product I wanted to get, the flip notebook for 3 x 5 cards, and it didn’t tell me that it’s not available until September until it was in the cart

From now on, I will only buy Levenger products if I can buy them through Amazon or another reseller. Their website has been ruined by margin hungry managers. They try to trick you with added charges, redirect constantly, ... It is honestly a painful process to use their website. The experience makes me so angry that when my great products arrive, rather than being overjoyed, I'm just returned to my angry state.

Levenger true Writers have become a wonderful collectable for me. I discovered, with my first puchase, that this pen model is almost an exact and perfect fit for my hand. I have smaller hands but these pens are shaped allowing someone with a larger hand the ability to move up on the section. The pens are also made of acrylics that have some weight to them. This gives them a much better feel in the hand and a sense of durability many other pen makers out therecan't emulate at this pricepoint. That's next, the price! For what you are purchasing, this is not a bad deal at all.It gets even better because Levenger will offer discounts and sales on these beautiful pens. Why have one when you can have two? The nibs are stiff but will cooperate with some TLC. That's not a deal killer. At this price and for the people that might be looking at these pens, a little nib tuning should not be a big deal. Ink, the Levenger inks are the "real deal" and are some very good products. My latest acquisition was their "Great Gatsby" model. A sleek black resin barrel and a phenominal textured gold cap. It's a stunner. Check these pens out!

As a retired elementary teacher, I have always thought about writing my own so the children's workbook is a wonderful idea for getting started. The same applies to the other workbook because who doesn't have a novel in them. Levenger makes these dreams a definite possibility now. Can't wait to receive these two workbooks.

While providing information regarding my order the Levenger website "dropped out" before I completed and confirmed the purchase. I repeated my order and subsequently received two items and not just the single one I wanted. This required a time consuming return. Also, my purchase is a gift and I was charged against a credit card also held by the gift recipient. I was not offered the possibility to choose an alternative

Every time I purchase products from Levenger is is the same outstanding products and customer service. I wish more businesses would observe Levenger on how to properly run a business. I had too many issues for this comment to be about one primary topic. The first one being that the web site kept being rather slow for me, and quite often I would have to hit back several times to go to the previous page. But eventually I discovered it was easier to just go forward instead, using the menus at the top of the screen (which was on a Windows 11 PC on a Chrome browser, by the way). As luck would have it, the first two times that I went to check out, an item that I was purchasing became sold out right before I could finish checking out. Once I finally did check out, it was showing an address that was more acceptable than the one I put in as my shipping address. Which basically just changed my street name and my city's name to all capital letters. But when I clicked on it to accept it, nothing would happen. So I eventually just refreshed the page and it didn't change my address to the preferred address. Anyway, I don't totally blame Levenger for all of the issues that I had. This just happens to be the kind of luck that I constantly have. Well, except for the shipping. Because I can often get things shipped from China for free, in half the time that it's going to take my order to get to me. What's more, most Levenger items apparently ship from Delray Beach, Florida, and I'm right here in Louisiana, not too far from New Orleans.

Only thing is the back button keeps glitching into a refresh loop of same page. Otherwise excellent selection and diversity. I do wish there were more links of which journals/covers are interchangeable with each other, or to expand the selection of modifiable custom details.

I may be old school but the Circa products work well for me. My most recent purchase is a card wallet that I have only found at Levenger. This is my fourth one (as they wear out) over probably 10 years and I hope they don't discontinue it.
