I found the confirmation process annoying with using both email and text messages, especially since I could have used PayPal if I had not signed in. After signing in I was forced to use my credit card on file. Using PayPal would have been very simple for me and if your IT was robust you could have determined that I had an account.

This product, cubi book case with adjustable shelves, is terrible -- the brackets that hold the shelves in place do not fit into the holes which are far too small; VERY POOR QUALITY!!

The site is absolutely maddening to shop from my iPhone. I think that’s how most people under 80 shop now - why is it so hard to navigate? Why is it so hard to see what’s available for your size notebook? Why is it so hard to go back to the search results you just did? For the price of the products, which is quite high, it’s like you’re protecting them from being found and considered. And all the carousel scrolling to figure out features and what is included? I have to be committed to spending a lot of time shopping. Then comparing. Other sites aren’t this difficult

My order arrived quickly, but when I opened the box it was someone else’s order! All of the items were wrong. I emailed customer service Saturday afternoon since they were closed, then called Tuesday afternoon after the holiday. The service person on the phone was great and placed my order to be shipped again. Better response than email services. Hopefully the right items arrive soon’

I found the Circa Products inconsistent in quality - paper tabs had printing challenges. and he paper weight was lighter than expected - so much so that some of the tabs bent when adding to notebook discs. som of my items are still not yet delivered.

What a gorgeous new journal with my monogram!

This purchase from Levenger, was an impulse buy of a beautiful monogrammed journal. It was so beautiful, that I bought it at once! The price was great and the journal had a lovely green pattern, and I can hardly wait to start using it! It would, also, make a lovely gift! The journal is so special because it has my initials on it! A feature from Levenger that is almost always offered, and I love to buy anything for myself or as a gift that is monogramed! It came in a pouch and that came in a gorgeous signature box! The journal arrived so fast, and I don’t think I paid for expedited shipping. But it arrived within the week I purchased it! I love to buy gifts from Levenger because they are always high quality item for sale, and oftentimes, you can find something extra to add to your cart from the sale section. I naturally associate Levenger with quality items. It is the first site I often go to first for just looking around, or if I need supplies for items I already own, such as Circa items. My husband has given me so many stunning pens from Levenger, that I now need to purchase the pen box that has two layers, or I might spluge on the largest pen box from The Great Gatsby Collection! I give Levenger five stars in all my reviews because they earn it! Customer Service is, also, fabulous! And, the gift wrapping option I often take advantage of even if I’m just buying something things for myself! Thank you Levenger for your wonderful website and beautiful catalogs!

I love the wisteria pads, but disappointed you don’t offer the wisteria notebooks in letter size. I have been a loyal customer of Levenger for decade. Bring back some of the older circa fillers, like level up was awesome.

I had put in a request for a notification when an out of stock rollerball pen was back in stock. I got the notification and the price was right and I ordered the pen. It arrived in a reasonable time. Tracking was not exceptional, but I was notified when it arrived just fine. The pen itself is very nice looking and feels good. It is a little slimmer than I like and the cap does not stay on when removed for writing so the pen is not balanced.

When I saw this 5-year journal on the Levenger website, I knew that it would be the perfect gift for someone in my family who is celebrating a 30th birthday. I actually waited a bit too long to order it, but I was bailed out by Levenger's great service and speedy delivery. Even though I know what to expect from a company like Levenger, I have to say I was still somewhat surprised by the elegant packaging in which the item arrived. Wonderful.

I ordered refill pages for my Junior notebook. I also decided to order a mechanical pencil and the Blackwing erasers. I was notified shortly after I ordered that the erasers were on backorder. I was excited about the new Wisteria-collection because I love purple. The prices were reasonable. I really wanted the file folders from the collection, they looked gorgeous online and would meet my needs perfectly so I ordered two. I got an email saying it was no longer available and wouldn't be restocked. How do you advertise a brand new collection, allow some to order only to say it's not available a week later and won't be again and not have anything comparable. Over promise and under deliver!

I am a fan of book darts so when I saw the page nibs I instantly purchased them along with the binder clips. I am thrilled with all 3 products. The only issue I have encountered is with the great gatsby page nibs. They fall off most pages easily. They are beautiful, however. I can use them in stone paper more effectively. The binder clips are the best I have ever used. I have smaller versions similar that have a small clip tool to insert the pages into the clips. Levenger binder clips are very simply to use, hold a high volume of pepper and are attractive. I will be ordering more page nibs and binder clips very soon.

The Levenger notebook system is unique, using rings slipping into punched holes in the paper. This allows the notebooks to lay flat. There are numerous paper designs. It is possible to mix and match covers. There's a high level of design in the products. I am attracted to the pens but have not let myself purchase any. I will probably give in someday. The products are lovely.

The Levenger website was very easy to navigate and clearly presented pricing (original and sales). Detailed information on sizes and materials was helpful in making choices. The website is quite nice and easy to navigate. I used the build your own bundle feature, which is flawed in that it took me a minute or two to figure out i had to expand each section, and then scroll to the bottom to find the next, but it was otherwise really simple and enjoyable to be able to put my bundle together, and to see the discount in real time as I chose items.
