I ordered a dress and it’s perfect! Now I know my size if I order another dress from you I also ordered a necklace. I am very disappointed in the necklace. I’m debating whether to return it or not, because I don’t think I would ever wear it.

Return policy is the main reason I won’t return. Two items needed to be returned. Started return and never got beyond proving I wasn’t a robot. I was on recap ha for 25 mins first try and next day same result, bicycles, bus’s, etc, etc. I did leave a msg. On Bizrate as I was. Asked today do. My two items have been given to charity. This was not a good experience! My first order was within this past month and was great. My 4 items fit perfectly and I wrote a great review. Sorry, I don’t have the patience to try a return with Lascana.

Pros: Good 👍🏼 very Good outcome. I am happy with the purchase that I made. My wife loves the material that Lascana uses, it is very comfortable. Usually ships to me in a timely matter. Cons: one of the purchases that I made, after my wife wore the dress, we washed the dress only one time and part of the dress came apart. I’m not sure if it’s replaceable on Lascana’s behalf.

Overall good experience. Prices are ok, but not many discounts available and I don't like the return policy of charging me a processing fee/shipping charges if something doesn't fit or simply quality is not as expected. It deters me from buying from such online stores.
