Pretty good except when I went to Lascana from Facebook I added things in my cart. Then when I started an actual account I lost all the things I added through Facebook. That’s my only complaint! My best friend gave me a dress from Lascana and I like the quality so I will be ordering more often.

Ordering from Lascana has never been a problem. My last order was a sweater which I had no problem with. The 2 tops were terrible! The red and white was extremely large for being S/M and the flowered top had 2 holes on the back. The sizes have been inconsistent with most things that I have bought.

The filtering for the style I wanted is great, and the selection is always good. I'd rather just be given a discount instead of jumping through hoops like 'spinning a wheel' and then having to enter my email and find that email with the code. I've been a shopper for years. Don't make me go through all those stupid steps just for a discount and to receive endless emails which I'll ultimately unsubscribe from.

I was happy with the purchase. The items have great quality. I will have to remember they are slightly bigger than expected. The only issue I had was with returning a product. The swim bottoms looked like they advertised shaping. They didn't fit well (loose on the bottom) & looked like maternity bottoms. I had to pick store credit so I wouldn't loose money. Most companies just credit yout card back. Now I don't have the funds to make another order to get the free shipping to use my money on the return.

The site moved easily from ordering to the summary of the order and back to shopping. But sometimes from a long list of items available going back a page or two is difficult. Also, product descriptions could be improved. I’ve received clothes in the past that either didn’t flow well once on, the material didn’t stretch and didn’t lie flat.
