Great experience and the best variety to choose from that I have seen and I have been shopping everywhere. The only bad part of my experience is that when I delayed 1 day from closing out my cart because i didn’t have time to finish shopping the size I needed in the swim bottoms were out of stock. So now I had to order a size up and a size down to see which fits better and then have them altered. I was already going to have to have to me too altered. I thought if the item was in your cart it was guaranteed to be available when you return the next day

Most of interaction was fine EXCEPT redeeming my rewards. I followed the instructions, but the code did not automatically apply at checkout & I didn’t know where to type in the code. I called your customer service & was told to put the code in the gift card spot & apply. It then worked. I suggest this last step should be added to your instructions. The instructions came to me per an email telling me I had rewards to redeem.
