This is my first order from LASCANA the only thing I would like would be free shipping and returns because sometimes I have trouble with sizing or don’t like the way an item fits and would like to be able to order and return with free shipping. Sometimes I don’t order items I’m unsure about because I don’t want to pay return shipping if I don’t like it. I would probably order more if returns were free. I like the selection that LASCANA has though. Also, wish for short sexy dresses for short women and 100% cotton tops and dresses for the summer.

Experience was great, found what I was looking for… system would t let me check out with PayPal so that was frustrating… i tried at least 10 times. Hopeful that the size bottoms I ordered today fit, bc the others are on back order….not the case earlier in the day. Maybe consider making gift cards like Visa, Mastercard, Amex a payment option in the future!! But I absolutely love the style, fit, colors of all others suits I have bought. And the return/exchange process is great.

hard time with chat. As bikini bottom measurements indicated one size for waist vs different for hips. Feels like a crap shoot if bottom will fit. Tried to determine which measurement was more important but couldn't get to real answer with chat bot. Never got to live agent.

I was thrilled to find rayon (viscose) skirts. So many to choose from. Decided to only buy the midi length as they didn't have petites and I am only 5'1" I deplore buying items that require hemming. All the skirts fit fabulously AND came in amazing patterns. Really nice for summer. The belt was way smaller than advertised. Its cute. Hoping to exchange it for one size up. Would love it if Lascana started making skirts and pants in shorter lengths!
