As a 1st time customer, returns should be free until I find my size with your company. Completing return, the size I wanted to choose was not in stock. So I could not do an exchange. After returning the item, I’m browsing clothes again and the dress was there in the size I wanted to exchange for. That was confusing. I chose to use the wallet credit for that return. but I’m almost afraid to try to do business again with Lascana even though I’d like too.

Lascana has a variety of trendy pieces available and the prices are pretty reasonable overall. The item descriptions are accurate and the customer reviews are also helpful.
