One of the dresses I ordered was disappointing because it was not true to size. The small size was to fit 4/6. Four is my normal size but even at 6, should have been comfortable. Zipper in the back only went halfway up. Of course, I wanted an even exchange and your live chat advised out of stock in medium. Then I would be charged close to $7.00 if I wanted a refund so I am taking a credit. And have to go to UPS to return it. I wasn't even sent a return label. Had to black out the shipping information and write return to your little address in the corner.

I love the styles I chose but I don’t have them so cannot comment on the quality, prices were reasonable to comparable web sites, The sales were great! Free shipping, $25 off, additional 10-30% based upon the number of items purchased. My total was $116 out the door (blazer, romper and 2 dresses). Score!!

Although I ordered all three of the tops with the same size, two of the three were a bit big because of the styles, so when I received my email notification that my original order had shipped, it contained the return label with Happy Returns. The process was simple! All I had to do was fill in the reason for return, and the option to exchange with the new sizes, and it generated a QR label, which I simply dropped off at my UPS store, and by the time I got home, I already heard from Lascana that my order was accepted, and the next day the two tops were shipped out for delivery to me. Seamless!

Easy ordering process, most items as described but be careful to review item materials and if embroidered or printed as some items appear that appear to be embroidered are actually just printed. But overall, I have been pleased with my purchases and able to wait until some items when on sale.

I appreciate the whole colors and need to get more cotton and linen with wide straps tank tops for work. No spaghetti straps, but I do love one shoulder tops and pants made of natural fibers too! Stopped buying the swim wear until today because I wear a bikini top 44Dd and cannot get my boobies much smaller! Bottoms I wear about an 11 size ! I love the bright pinks and patterns on top as my nipples show through the solid color tops , but giving it a try! Love cotton fabric and sales and cute up to date fashion ! I am a massage therapist so materials must be light and airy and breathable! Thank you LASCANA

I enjoy the clothes but in situations where two orders were placed from the same household I should be able to return in one shipment and only have to pay once. Unfortunately, my husband bought things for me and I bought some items. I had to pay twice for shipping to do a return. I called trying to get them shipped together but was told no. Truly a bad policy. My husband will never order items for me again.
