I purchased a bathing suit on line. Approximately 4 days later, before receiving it the price of the item was reduced. I called customer service and was advised that I could repurchase it at the lower price and return the item from my original purchase to receive the cost reduction. The entire process was seamless and I am extremely happy with the outcome.

Site is easy to navigate and clear. Better pictures of the back of the swim tops would be good. Older women look for the closure, if it adjusts, and if straps are wide enough. I was able to choose 2 and order in less than one hour. I hope they fit!

Customer service is always fabulous! I ordered a bikini top and bottom and they were not the same pattern, and the bikini top was god-awful! It was horrible. Worst experience I ever had with clothing from there. So I returned them today and then bought something new.

I sent an email with a question regarding my purchase that I had made. I sent it three times in a period of three or four days. There was no response. I finally went online and did live chat. Found out why I did not receive 25% off. Totally understand why that happened. However, it would be nice of the customer service to respond to an email, rather than totally ignore it. The live chat person I talked to was very kind and quickly was able to explain what had happened. He did a good job. I can’t say the same with the email response, which was none.

My experience was great, I found the site easy to use. I used it on my phone to order some new bathing suits. Appreciate the coupon code sale. I have other Lascana swimsuits and they are good quality, hold up well at the lake (the lake/sun all summer is hard on suits) they fit my body type well and don’t completely break the bank. All in all, I am pleased and will order more.
