I needed a dress for my daughter in laws baby shower. I found Lascana on facebook. I ordered, even though I was worried about ordering from a place i had no history. Risky to pay and hope you get what you think you paid for. Risky to give out my cc info. So, I paid extra ($26.99) for overnight delivery (baby shower was in 2 days). Dress didnt arrive. UPS tracking # and link via Lascana email tracking gave me misleading info. I called UPS, gave them the UPS tracking #, they said they never received it. Lascana online customer support gave me some crazy story that didnt really matter any more because the shower had come and gone. So, no dress and I paid overnight shipping. I finally get the dress. It's probably nice, but it's too small and the party is over. Now I want to return it, but i guess I can only exchange it. Andy I don't know if I will get my onvernight shipping payment credited. So, if anyone actually reads this, email me with a phone number that I can call and get this fixed. Maybe I will become a happy customer. but as of today, not happy..I hate returns and exchanges, exactly why i dont like trying new brands..
