I didn't really have a bad experience. I looked for the training map via Google, I found it, first option, and I went with it. Very happy that it was only $8, looking just to brush up on my nautical navigation, don't need to be spending $40 at Amazon.

I have an old brass ship's bell that I fished out of canal when I was in my teens. Landfall is the only place I found that carries the bracket needed to hang the bell. The quality, price, ease of ordering and the customer service brought me back to Landfall to order a second brackett.
