Promo code was minimally useful. I had to add an item I’m not sure will work to qualify for the discount. Customer service was helpful, but the website and chat were hard to navigate with my phone. My access to my online credit card didn’t work as usual form the checkout page.

Nice lamp but was a bit shorter than I expected. lamp was lsited at 30" tall and, in reality it is 29". Should have bought a lamp in the 32" to 34" range. Delivery was quite good, fast.

Your search needs a lot of work. I searched for nickel table lamp with sub and electrical outlet and it said there were 1000matches. Wrong! 70% of lamps did not meet any of the search parameters and it took me HOURS to finally find a lamp I liked. VERY FRUSTRATING!
