I had several questions regarding the dimmer capacity in relation to wall switches, etc. on certain fans. I called on a Friday. Was told someone would get back to me on Tuesday . That did not happen, so I called that afternoon. So far, no one has gotten back to me.I'd like to add that the gentlemen who helped me was only passing my message along to a technician. I finally purchased one of the fans I was considering after doing my own research as to which one would work in my space and with the proper wall switch.

In an email you sent me about a product I was looking at you told me to order it before it’s gone so I did and then you made it very hard for me to purchase it because you don’t remember who I am in cookies. when you send me an email to purchase an item online, you should already know who I am and I shouldn’t have to go try to retrieve my credit card information. You should know that through cookies. Because I had to go retrieve my credit card information it led me to think. Maybe I shouldn’t buy this, and it led me to doubt the purchase. I wanted this so I bought it but in the future, you should remember the impulse buys shouldn’t require a customer to go get their credit credit card information.. especially from an email from you.

I hate how imprecise your ordering system is. I can order from Amazon and know exactly when something will be delivered. Not so with you. It’s so iffy, it makes it difficult to order especially since I travel and am not always home to receive packages.

I was majorly disappointed that you include a red box with a 15% off under the item listed but when you get to the checkout, it says you're not eligible. Just makes a customer feel dissatisfied. Why include the checked box for 15% off when the item is not eligible? It's just stupid and manipulative.

I love this clock! It replaces one I had for 53 years! Not only does it play the Westminster chimes, but it also chimes Ave Maria. It's beautiful to look at, the pendulum is continuously moving and it makes me happy!

Product variety and price levels at Lamps Plus is great. The product description is what gave me the confidence to purchase online. The quality is there. The packing is superior, the Mercury Glass Lamps arrived safely. They did what I wanted to change the room without changing furniture.

I picked out my item - and the site said that my local store had it. So I went there to buy it. The person at the store said no that they didn't have it at the store but he could order it for me. I said that I may as well do that myself then at home. I needed this item ASAP so I was mad that I wasted my time going to the store when the website said it was there. I lost a day. Then when I got home and ordered it online - it said it would arrive by Sep. 2 - all through the purchase process it said Sep. 2. Then when I got the order confirmation in my email it said delivery Sep. 3rd. Now I've lost another day. I'm pissed that the website provided incorrect information twice. I won't shop there again.

Your so called promos and discounts aren't legit. I have received tnem,as I have purchased from Lamps Plus before. I think they are a sham, given that I have tried several times to use them and have contacted your customer service to no avail. I will tell my friends to use amazon instead if possible.

I have purchased lamps from Lamps plus numerous times. I find their selection is more unique and provide me with options on his my lamps are powered or operated. I cone to Lanpsplus to find a larger selection of lamps that aren’t simply lighting but statements in my home. I will say the checkout process thst is usually easy was extremely difficult but I’m nit sure why. After done tine id was able to place my order and did so only because I lije the lamps I was about to search other websites simply due to the fact thst checking out and putting in the payment /billing option was not straightforward and I couldn’t change it. Extremely frustrating and the ratings woukd have been much higher if I didn’t have this issue

Ordered 2 identical ceiling lamps. One item was defective: Attachment link of ceiling fixture to glass bowl had hole misaligned; installer had to drill to make the attachment possible, adding to time and cost of installation. Otherwise, fine.

I ordered a lamp that came three ways on your website. 1. Lamp with no raised base 2. Lamp with a square 1+ inch clear raised base 3. Lamp with a round 1 + inch clear raised base Nothing on the website indicated that this round base was just a separate peace of clear plastic that was not attached to the lamp. I called about this and was told "yes sir, that's the way it is.." and that maybe I could find a way to glue it on ?? I love the lamp, but sure as heck it will get knocked off of the base and lamp will break.

I signed up for your promotion to receive $75 off. I needed a couple days to decide on my purchase. Today I log in to purchase the ceiling fan and the code has expired. I wish an expiration date was listed. I was only able to save $50. That extra $25 was important. The fan is already too expensive.
