I was trying to buy the product Red Manda Kratom 1500 capsules in the Kratom roots brand didn't seem to be in stock couldn't send an email address to be contacted when they were because it wouldn't accept my name and when I asked a question about it it told me not to use auto fill and I never did use auto fill that was the only information they gave me I typed it in both ways that it could be in for some reason it just didn't like my name so I went ahead and went to green instead of red I was gonna purchase more but I only purchased two for now hoping that you get the Red back and I didn't want to buy too much just in case I really hated the green should've probably only bought one but I wanted to make the most of my discount so that's pretty much it

Was good overall. My girlfriend mainly enjoys White Rabbit, but I didn't see them on the website. Also, the bag sizes for the kratom powder were all pretty large. If I wanted to try a variety of different types of kratom powders to find which one I wanted to go with, it would have been a little difficult. The prices were good for the powder, but the seltzers were a little pricey. I was surprised that the Club 13 75 MIT is more expensive than the Rapture 125 MIT. It would be nice if there were a way to buy a 24-pack and get a better price or some kind of bulk discount.

Great product,but unfortunately very slow shipping! It takes over a week every time! It was supposed to come by Friday but showed up Saturday. The 65$ overnight shipping is unreasonable. The third order today the tablets were damp and crumbling. I would like to keep ordering but we need faster shipping and dry tablets.Also maybe a discount on the next order as the tablets are wet and crumbling.

Everytime i buy my Kratom from KratomPoint its always the best price around and I live in 5-20 minute drive distances from at least 30 Stores that sell Kratom probably more in the DC MD area. But the prices are double sometimes what KRATOMPOINT charges plus it gets herr fast which is a bonus cause sometimes i run low and need it fast! ive used White Maeng Da for 10 yrs and they have a good selection! ive never needed to need customer service casue my orders are never screwed up!

I am hoping, and I just don't see it for 2 things. 1-"last ordered" options. So I dont have to search for the same thing Inorder every month. 2-A way to save my CC info to use everytime so I don't have to get up off my couch to pay. Maybe I'm just not seeing these options?
