Every transaction has been smooth and reliable and without a hitch. This place really has its act together. I've never had to use customer service so I can't speak to that, but the tracking and updates of how the item is fulfilled is excellent. Highly recommend this place, I've had zero issues and I've made probably 5 or more purchases over a year maybe two. I'm a software engineer and I like the way the website operates. So often websites are poorly programmed but this one does pretty darn good. Plus it remembers your purchases which makes it easy to just refill.

The product I usually receive has had ingredients changed without notice…the 7OH has been removed and I understand the litigation going on, however the 7Stax manufacturer has the original products available and it’s not banned in states I have sent to, per my knowledge. I’m curious on the response as I’m paying the same price for a less effective product and was not notified of the ingredient change, just kinda slid under the rug. I’m sure there is something that can be done here to meet in the middle ground. I have high marks in all aspects for you guys but the ingredient change at same price for less of a product with no notice of change.
