I went to kratompoint to order my product because the original manufacturer was out of the product that I wanted, and I saw that kratompoint carried it and had a good selection of the product. I ordered and received the same day and email confirmation and the next day I received a confirmation of shipping with the tracking number. when I receive the product it was as good as getting it from the manufacturer. Their support team is excellent as well. Or rather they care and do the right thing which you’d expect, but today I have come to expect nothing- as one time with another company I was told my. Query wasn’t in their job description. I’ve contacted kratompoint. with a question and They respond immediately. These days, I send an email question and receive an automated message that customers are so important but we’re too busy to respond, you’ll hear back from us in a few days.

Overall shopping here is good. I wish you offered express ups or fedex options simply because usps is very unreliable in my area. I’ve paid a lot for express shipping in the past ($65 per order!) that guarantees 1-2 day delivery, but it has taken as many as 5 before. Disappointing to say the least! So much for guaranteed! But THATS usps problem. Not KP store….

I use kratom as a more effective alternative to the several prescriptions given to me by my Dr for stenosis and a herniated disc. I take a measured doses and it works really well. KP store is the absolute best place I have found to order from. They have a good variety, fast shipping, awesome customer service and great prices.
