It was good. Had items available that others are not able to get in stock. Cost of the items different sizes were priced oddly. The 60 being 95$, 80 being 109$, and 120 being 120$ doesn’t make a ton of sense. It hurts those that like a smaller controllable dose as well because not a lot of reason to justify the smaller dose if the bigger is only a little more expensive. Would like to see those margins get a little bigger but I don’t want to see the 120 go up in price to accomplish this of course.

Being able to go directly to what is needed from previous order makes it easier to repurchase the product. However it’s difficult to search for the specific size and type as all of them are generally shown together by size and have to continue scrolling to reach the desired size and then sort for the specific item.

Editing items already in the cart was cumbersome. I wanted to change the items from one-time purchase to subscription, but had to delete what was already in the cart and re-add them. Plus, two of the items I wanted to order as a subscription I wasn't able to, but was just told no, with no explanation as to why I couldn't. So I just ordered as a one-time purchase.

It was really easy to order and I was really impressed with the selection and inventory that you had. The pricing was extremely favorable and the products were great. I think there's a wide variety so the only challenge is figuring out what you want exactly and I think the product descriptions were pretty good I know that's kind of a hard thing to get universally right but they were accurate and I found the whole thing wonderful I wish I would have just found your site a long time ago

I always buy my powder from KratomPoint because they are faster than Amazon with updates on shipping, and the prices are better than any brick and mortar in my area.
