Well the only negative point of the whole transaction was the stainless steel cross I ordered was no longer carried by your firm. Your rep made good by letting me substitute a similar one at no extra charge. But a discontinued item shouldn't be in your cataloged in the first place. The rep also included a gift box for the braclet that didn't come with one.

I was excited to see I was able to duplicate my class ring that was lost. The only thing I would suggest is a shorter delivery date. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the order and sight.

I initially went to a local jeweler but they can't sell class rings, so I went online to see what merchants can. The other merchants had very low reviews but I found Joy Jewelers and glad I did. The shopping experience was straight forward and I liked that each emblem selected created a mock up image the ring. It makes for a clear and confident purchase. Thank you!

I have bought earrings from Joy Jewelers 3 times now and I love them. One pair I returned because they didn't look great and the clasp wasn't working quite right? But returning went smoothly. The others were beautiful and very high quality. I love and recommend Joy Jewelers. It's very trustworthy and I feel safe buying from them.
