I found their selection and prices to be good. I had difficulty with the checkout options on the website that I had not encountered with any other online merchant using the same card and due to these my order will be delayed a few days. I reached out to Joy Jewelers by phone and spoke with someone there to complete the order and found their customer service to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The person I spoke to was able to sort out my order and help me to complete it but I found the inconvenience presented by the online checkout to be very frustrating and I am worried now that I will end up needing to spend more in shipping to ensure that the gift arrives on time.
