I recently went in store to try on a product I liked. The employee was kind enought to bring me out another option of sho that I hadn’t even thought about and ended up loving it. I went online and placed my order. Although I did end up returning the shoes there was nothing wrong with the quality or pricing, unfortunately I just didn’t LOVE them anymore you know. Like it was a great show but after trying it on at home I didn’t feel like it fit me,

When using the website, the directions were very clear and direct. I was able to find the shoes I was looking for in my size and have an easy time navigating the checkout process as well as add my rewards to my cart. The only issue that I had with the Journeys website was that it constantly signed me out whenever I switched tabs. Overall, wonderful performance and ease.
