It was confusing and a bit concerning. I had signed up for the rewards program, but when I continued to my cart, the welcome reward wasn’t there and neither was the free shipping. So I had to sign in all over again. Then it was easy to apply the welcome reward once signed in. However, at checkout it kept showing it was going to charge me for shipping. I initially went to pay via Apple Pay, but immediately saw that neither my discount nor my free shipping were applied. So I went back and tried to go through the normal checkout process. But it took 10-15min to figure out how to get the free shipping to show up. I’m still not entirely sure how it did. I also didn’t like that I couldn’t use Apple Pay from the regular checkout once I confirmed the free shipping and discount were applied. I almost abandoned my cart because this process was so tricky. And in a tech savvy person.
