The website was pretty simple to navigate. It was very easy for me to locate the item that I wanted, source the correct size, and gain clarity about my shipping or pick up options. I also like that journeys consistently offers me discounts and coupons on purchases here around, and look forward to purchasing additional staple items for myself and family during the upcoming holiday season.

Site Experience FeedbackNov 2, 2026
It wass user friendly to navigate. I purchased my item pretty swiftly . I did not like the shipping cost . typically other websites offer free shipping when spending over $60-100 and I spent $195 ... the shipping cost of $7.99 is horrible and honestly almost made me look for the boots on a different site . the only reason I purchased my item here is because im familiar with the store .
