I love the easy interface , I don’t like how the items I want are never in stock and that I have to substitute my purchase for an item I do not want entirely. The new balance 530 in men’s size 10 - there was only 1 pair in probably 40 styles are colorway.

I truly love the great deals and selections you guys have available. However some of your items didn’t have an option for delivery after I choose my size and when I would look for a store near by to pick up there was never any available with that shoe model and size! Other than that I love it!

The website is nice, easy to use, lots of options. The prices are good, the coupons are good, and the shoes on sale always look nice, they don’t put ugly shoes on sale. Overall good experience on the website.

Website is easy to navigate, and the algorithm for suggesting shoes based on what I've clicked or hovered over is a little too good at its job lol. Grateful for the option to only see shoes that have my size actively available. However, I do wish that each shoe was only displayed once per page, with the option to view all the colors when hovering, instead of the same shoe showing up like 20 times for each color way.
