It’s the only website that had the color I was looking for in Crocs. My sister has been wanting this pair of brown crocs for some time so I was so happy I was able to get them for her for her birthday next week. The website also had other amazing colors that not other website has including big shoe stores like academy/dicks ets.

I enjoy the product summarization and being able to select the FAQs. The cookies menu kept getting in the way. I dislike accepting them but it was the only way to browse the site on mobile. Very easy to navigate though. Checking out was made easy since I have Apple Pay. I feel like it’s even quicker!

Overall, my experience with the website was positive. It was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the product I was looking for without any issues. The only confusing part was the sizing information for the Crocs Classic Ballet Flat. My foot measures 23 cm, but the Journeys size chart indicated a Women's 6, while the official Crocs size chart indicated a Women's 7 for the same measurement. Since the sizing information didn't match, I wasn't sure which chart to trust and ultimately decided to go with the official Crocs sizing. It would be helpful if the sizing information matched the manufacturer's chart or included a note explaining any differences. I also wish there were more color options available for the Crocs Classic Ballet Flat, especially in lighter shades like Chalk.
