I bought shoes as a gift for my birthday and the hook was the fact the shipping was fast, because i had a birthday dinner to wear them to on the 23 problem being is it took 5 full days and when it got here they were hand packed by a team member of journeys.. they packed the wrong size, so I then had the headache of the hour wait to reach a customer care member finally reaching one to start the process of return and then I am told ill have to call back wait on hold again when ive got the tracking # so I go ship them and wait on the phone again the next morning to find out sorry ive wasted my time again because you can't send the new ones out till the package starts moving? Like what? Funny how its ok to tie up my money i used to make this purchase and It clearly is registered as being scanned in? So i waited another day to call back to spend my time holding, its a joke the 800 number. When I do get thru finally its sorry you'll have to wait for me to reach that store to repack and ship the correct size shoes anther 40 mins out if my life on hold.... all in all just nothing but problems ill never purchase from this company again. I'd never recommend it. Im hoping to have my shoes i paid for almost 2 weeks ago soon.
